More Sailing is a sailing travel company offering unique experiences around the world. I worked on maintaining and improving the company’s website while contributing to the planning of a new site. This included coordinating and fixing technical issues, creating and updating landing pages, setting up forms and contact flows in the CRM, testing site functionality, and publishing content in the CMS.

I also participated in UX work and designed marketing materials such as offer templates and travel brochures.

How can we keep the current website running smoothly while preparing a new, improved version?



Process

The process involved identifying technical issues, coordinating with developers, creating and updating pages and forms, testing functionality (UX/QC), and documenting tasks. I also contributed to UX work and designed marketing materials such as offer templates and travel brochures, using research and UX principles to guide improvements.



Solution

A well-maintained, functional website with clear user flows, updated landing pages, and CRM-integrated forms, complemented by user-centered UX improvements and visually appealing marketing materials.

New marketing materials

I designed new marketing materials to support More Sailing’s sales and communication. This included updated offer templates and travel brochures that match the new brand style and give guests a clear, inspiring impression. The goal was to create visuals that are easy to use for the team and engaging for the customer.

During my time as a web admin at More Sailing, I learned that simple and clear information is key for a good user experience. Just having a lot of information doesn’t always help—what matters is how it’s structured. By organizing content in a smart and clear way, customers can easily understand the details while still feeling inspired by the experience.


When designing brochures and offers, I focused on using More Sailing’s brand colors consistently, making information easy to read, highlighting key details, and creating layouts that feel inspiring and inviting.
